1. Deposit and Payment Policy

A deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule. The deposit amount will be outlined in your project estimate or contract.

Remaining balances are due upon project completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

Overpayment: Any overpayment or duplicate payment will be refunded promptly upon request and verification.

Project Cancellation by Customer:

If the project is canceled before any materials are purchased or work has begun, a partial refund of the deposit may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

If the project is canceled after materials have been purchased or work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and additional charges may apply for time, labor, or custom materials.

In rare cases where we must cancel a project (e.g., safety concerns or scheduling conflicts), a full refund of any deposit will be issued unless alternative terms are agreed upon.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the completed project, please notify us within 5 business days of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or perform touch-ups as necessary.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction unless multiple attempts to correct the problem have failed and the issue falls within the scope of the original agreement.
