2. Scope of Services

Shuler Surface Solutions provides:

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Surface preparation and finishing

    • The exact scope of work, materials, and timelines will be outlined in each customer’s proposal or contract​

 

3. Quotes and Payments

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  • A signed contract and deposit (amount stated in proposal) are required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, and credit card payments at our discretion.
     

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property during agreed work hours.

  • Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas.

  • Notify us in advance of any hazards or special requirements.
     

5. Scheduling and Delays

We aim to start and finish projects on time. However, weather, supplier delays, or unforeseen conditions may impact the timeline. We will notify you of any significant changes.
 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Jobs canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.

  • If you’re unsatisfied, contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.
     

7. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty (unless stated otherwise in the contract).

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, misuse, or third-party actions.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or client-supplied materials.
     

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, photos, and materials on our website or promotional content are the property of Shuler Surface Solutions and may not be used without permission.
 

9. Website and Online Information

We strive to keep our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee completeness or suitability of the information and are not liable for any inaccuracies.
 

10. Changes to Terms
